We set out to film a thriving seaweed farm, but what we encountered revealed a very different and far more complex reality. Due to the sensitivity of the situation, much of the footage could not be used. We adapted on the film day and worked only with what could be responsibly captured and shared, shaping it into an unplanned documentary built from salvaged material that offers a raw and honest glimpse into a deep story.
NOW FEEDING THEIR COMMUNITY
We helped Raymond share his story with the world, capturing his traditional ways of fishing. Through this story and with the support of OCNARK, he receive a new boat, giving him the tools he needs to continue fishing, provide for his family, and support his wider community in the Philippines.
Convention with aquaponics farm
In Singapore, we captured an aquaculture convention and visited a world award winning aquaponics farm that is helping shape the future of sustainable food production through innovation and education. This family owned business is passing its knowledge to the next generation, inspiring a new wave of farmers and making aquaponics exciting again.

We captured the Vietnam Aquaculture Convention and also visited a seagrapes farm, highlighting a scientist who has innovated new ways of growing seaweed. Their work supports the environment, improves sustainability, and creates easier, more efficient conditions for workers.
